At Central Desktop, we are dedicated to the successful adoption of our products into your business.

To help you with the planning, deployment and adoption of Central Desktop, we provide a variety of services and packages to fit all sorts of needs and budgets.

Central Desktop provides Free Weekly Webinars, Custom Webinars & Training Sessions, and Business Consulting Services.

Free Weekly Webinars

Central Desktop provides Free Weekly Webinars about our products and services twice a week. The Weekly Webinars are general overviews and introductory training sessions of Central Desktop available at pre-scheduled times. Everyone is invited to the Weekly Webinars whether you are a prospect, a new user, a partner or press.

Custom Webinars & Admin Training Sessions

In addition to the Free Webinars, we also provide custom webinars and administrative training sessions for a fee.

Custom Webinars are private, online training sessions that are hosted by a live Central Desktop representative. Custom Webinars are interactive training sessions delivered on-line that can accommodate both small teams and/or large groups.

Because we deliver these sessions via the web, users can join from multiple locations and dial-in to a group conference line or can be delivered to a group of users at a single location.

Admin Training Sessions are small group or one-on-one, interactive training sessions with a live Central Desktop representative.

Custom Webinars must be scheduled at least one week in advance and include a brief pre-session with the Workspace Administrators to tailor the session to your company's business needs.

Custom Webinars and Admin Training Sessions are available at $160/hour. (Billed In One Hour Increments)

Tip: We recommend that Training Sessions be limited to 2 hour sessions or less. We strongly believe that user attention spans in training sessions (even interactive training sessions) began to drop precipitously after the first hour.

20% Discounts are available for sessions purchased in 4-hour blocks in advance. Pre-purchased blocks can be redeemed in one hour segments at later scheduled times.

Conform the look and feel of your Central Desktop deployment to the look and feel of your corporate website, intranet or style guide.

Prerequisite: You must have a website.

(includes internal application template, color palette, login page and logo)

Additional templates available for $125 each.
User Error Document / Workspace Restore
Back in time restore of certain files / workspaces which were deleted due to user error.
$160/hour (min. one hour)
Document / Wiki Conversion
Import documents, wikis or data from other vendors.
Starts at $1,000 flat rate.
