The user that created the Workspace is the owner and administrator of the Workspace. The Team Workspace Owner/Admin sets the permission levels for each member and decides whether or not each member can Read, Edit, Add or Delete information in the Workspace. Company WorkspaceCompany Workspaces are for businesses that desire additional security (SSL Encryption) and want the ownership of the Workspace to reside with Company (as opposed to the individual user in the Team Workspace). Company Workspaces ensure that the content and intellectual property created within the workspace, stay with the company, even if an employee leaves the company. Public WorkspaceA Public Workspace is an ungated Workspace that is available to anyone on the web. There is no username or password required for users to access the Public Workspace.
